CORE TECHNOLOGY

Three Decades of Patent IP
Aeroponic Technology System

Since 1993, we have concentrated all R&D resources on a single technology direction — aeroponics — building a complete patent portfolio covering root-zone misting, closed-loop recirculation, and climate-adaptive control, fully validated across tropical and semi-arid climates.

TECHNOLOGY PRINCIPLES

Aeroponics: Precision Root-Zone Nutrition

Aeroponics suspends plant roots in an enclosed chamber and delivers nutrient solution as ultra-fine mist droplets directly to the root zone via high-pressure atomization. Compared to hydroponics, roots simultaneously receive abundant oxygen and nutrients, dramatically improving absorption efficiency.

01

High-Pressure Atomization

Dedicated high-pressure pumps pressurize nutrient solution to 8–10 bar, producing 5–50 micron droplets through precision misting nozzles that uniformly coat root surfaces, maximizing contact area and nutrient uptake efficiency.

02

Suspended Root Chamber

Plants are fixed at the top of an enclosed chamber with roots hanging freely in a dark, high-humidity cavity. Chamber design blocks light to prevent algae growth while maintaining 95%+ relative humidity — an optimal microenvironment for root development.

03

Closed-Loop Nutrient Recirculation

Unabsorbed nutrient solution flows back through collection channels, passes through multi-stage filtration and automatic EC/pH adjustment, then recirculates — enabling zero-discharge operations with 60%+ higher nutrient utilization than open hydroponic systems.

04

Climate-Adaptive Control

Control algorithms trained on three decades of tropical and semi-arid cultivation data monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, CO₂, light intensity, and misting frequency in real time — ensuring stable year-round production in desert climates.

PATENTS & R&D

Proprietary Intellectual Property

Our core patents cover critical technology components of the aeroponic system, developed over years of research by joint teams from South China Agricultural University and Hainan University, with full IP protection.
