CORE TECHNOLOGY
Since 1993, we have concentrated all R&D resources on a single technology direction — aeroponics — building a complete patent portfolio covering root-zone misting, closed-loop recirculation, and climate-adaptive control, fully validated across tropical and semi-arid climates.
TECHNOLOGY PRINCIPLES
Aeroponics suspends plant roots in an enclosed chamber and delivers nutrient solution as ultra-fine mist droplets directly to the root zone via high-pressure atomization. Compared to hydroponics, roots simultaneously receive abundant oxygen and nutrients, dramatically improving absorption efficiency.
01
High-Pressure Atomization
Dedicated high-pressure pumps pressurize nutrient solution to 8–10 bar, producing 5–50 micron droplets through precision misting nozzles that uniformly coat root surfaces, maximizing contact area and nutrient uptake efficiency.
02
Suspended Root Chamber
Plants are fixed at the top of an enclosed chamber with roots hanging freely in a dark, high-humidity cavity. Chamber design blocks light to prevent algae growth while maintaining 95%+ relative humidity — an optimal microenvironment for root development.
03
Closed-Loop Nutrient Recirculation
Unabsorbed nutrient solution flows back through collection channels, passes through multi-stage filtration and automatic EC/pH adjustment, then recirculates — enabling zero-discharge operations with 60%+ higher nutrient utilization than open hydroponic systems.
04
Climate-Adaptive Control
Control algorithms trained on three decades of tropical and semi-arid cultivation data monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, CO₂, light intensity, and misting frequency in real time — ensuring stable year-round production in desert climates.
PATENTS & R&D
Our core patents cover critical technology components of the aeroponic system, developed over years of research by joint teams from South China Agricultural University and Hainan University, with full IP protection.
Patent 01
Invention PatentHigh-Pressure Nozzle Array Design
3D misting coverage optimization for root-zone spaces — nozzle array layout and pressure zone control achieve uniform droplet distribution across root surfaces, eliminating coverage blind spots inherent in single-point misting systems.
Patent 02
Invention PatentClosed-Loop Nutrient Auto-Regulation System
Integrated EC sensors, pH sensors, and auto-dosing modules maintain nutrient solution concentration and acidity within target ranges without manual intervention, adaptable to the differentiated requirements of multiple crop varieties.
Patent 03
Software CopyrightSemi-Arid Climate Greenhouse Control Algorithm
Machine learning-based climate control algorithm integrating external meteorological data and internal sensor feedback — automatically optimizes cooling, humidification, and shading strategies in extreme heat/low-humidity environments, reducing energy consumption to 40% of conventional approaches.
Patent 04
Utility Model PatentModular Aeroponic Cultivation Unit
Standardized modular design enables on-demand scalability from 100 to 10,000 sqm per module, significantly reducing engineering complexity and construction costs for large-scale deployments.
